ReFlow and Forward Funds

The Forward Funds use a service called ReFlow, which is designed to provide liquidity for mutual funds experiencing redemptions of their shares. ReFlow provides a pool of equity capital that each mutual fund can access to counterbalance shareholder redemptions and subscriptions, and it lets our investment managers focus on managing each fund's portfolio rather than managing the fund's cash flows.
