The Sierra Club Stock Fund seeks to achieve a competitive total return by investing in the stocks of companies that have passed an extensive list of environmental and social guidelines. Key features include:

	investments in leading environmentally and socially conscious large and mid-cap companies

	absolute exclusion of certain industries due to their intrinsic environmental harm, including non-renewable energy, nuclear power, agricultural chemicals, extractive industries, and the production of weapons, tobacco and genetically modified organisms (GMOs)

	involvement in shareholder advocacy (including published proxy voting guidelines and dialogues with corporate management)
